KODENSHI Wool Sweater $490.00
The design is a simple seed-stitched sweater. This piece not only offers a basic style that pairs well with any outerwear or bottoms but also has the functionality to maintain a comfortable temperature.
The secret lies in KODENSHI®. Normally, KODENSHI® is often paired with synthetic fibers, but at nanamica, it’s blended with natural materials. This piece uses supple Shetland wool for the outer yarn and KODENSHI® cotton-rayon for the inner yarn. This combination preserves the soft texture of a wool sweater while providing the gentle feel of cotton knit.
KODENSHI® is a material that absorbs and radiates far-infrared rays (body heat) emitted by the body. In essence, rather than actively heating, it helps to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the far-infrared rays assist in dispersing moisture, helping to prevent stuffiness inside the garment even if you sweat. This means it doesn’t get overly warm, and you’re less likely to feel chilled after sweating.
The hem and cuffs are ribbed to keep out cold air.
