Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We are able to ship to the United States (50 States) and Canada, but not US territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Some rural addresses may take longer for delivery.

We offer domestic shipping in the United States with the following options:

• Store Pick Up at nanamica NEW YORK: Same-day
  Free
• UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
  Free for orders of $200 or more
  $10 for orders of less than $200
• UPS Next Day Air: Next business day
  $40 for all orders

We also offer international shipping to Canada as follows:

• UPS Standard to Canada: Day-definite by the date scheduled
  Free for orders of $200 or more
  $15 for orders of less than $200

Please note that regardless of free shipping, orders are subject to additional import fees levied by the UPS and the Government of Canada. Estimates are available through the Government of Canada Website and UPS Website. We do not have control over these charges.

Customers are responsible for all additional taxes, customs, and import duties.
