Woven at a deliberately slow speed on traditional wool looms in Bishu — an area renowned for wool textiles — the fabric develops a unique luster and a tightly structured twill weave unlike any other.
The resulting polyester kersey is used for the outer shell, while the lining is an undyed organic cotton / COOLMAX® EcoMade twill. Though the fabric may appear firm at first glance, it actually offers a balanced crispness without restricting movement, delivering a surprisingly supple and comfortable feel.
Using this workwear-inspired fabric, the collection introduces a two-button jacket and two-tuck trousers. In contrast to the material’s rugged character, both pieces are tailored with a distinctly dress-like presence.
Based on a classic design, the garments are finished with a product wash that adds natural wrinkles and a softened texture, striking a balance between refinement and ease.
