Nanamica is releasing its second limited edition model in collaboration with REGAL, a renowned Japanese shoe brand. This collaboration features the use of waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX fabric, meticulously sewn in domestic factory. The collaboration selected REGAL's classic saddle shoes last, the design for this release centers around an original chukka boot style.

The upper is crafted from leather tanned by the leading domestic tannery "Sanyo," known to develop a distinctive character as it wears in. The black version showcases a unique expression with a moderate amount of oil, while the charcoal variant takes on a casual appearance with a suede finish. The boot features a waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX membrane in a bootie shape. For enhanced comfort, both the insole and midsole utilize materials from the American insole brand Ortholite®, providing a high level of cushioning reminiscent of running shoes. To ensure a comfortable fit, the outsole adopts Vibram's Christie Newflex sole, known for its lightweight, cushioning, and durability. The "Goodyear Welt" construction method is employed, allowing for sole replacement and ensuring long-lasting use. Additionally, this collaboration includes reflective spare shoelaces for added visibility.
Nanamica x REGAL collaboration items are scheduled to be released starting from Friday, November 27th, 2023, at the following nanamica directly operated stores and nanamica ONLINE STORE. The items will be available at REGAL Shoe & Co. from Friday, December 15th, 2023.
